Repair or Replace

1.1. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we may repair or replace it under warranty terms. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer an alternative product with your consent upon returning the original item.

Products Not Meeting Expectations

Fitment Return

2.1. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it during the fitment phase. However, returns will not be accepted once the fitter has completed the installation and left your premises.

Products Damaged During Use

2.2. Products that sustain damage due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return and Refund Process

Damaged/Defective Returns

3.1. If you return a product in a damaged or defective condition, we will refund the product amount after deducting applicable shipping charges.

Assembled/Installed Products

3.2. Products that have been assembled or installed are not eligible for return or replacement. In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired under standard warranty terms.

Product Label or Seal

3.3. Returned products must be in their original condition with all labels and seals intact. Items that have been altered, modified, or damaged will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

3.4. Orders canceled after 48 hours of placement will incur a deduction of 20% from the refund amount.
