Warranty

Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC warrants that the supplied products are free from defects in materials and production. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery, irrespective of shift usage, to the original end user and is non-transferable. Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC will fix or replace with a comparable product, at its option and free of charge (for materials and components), any product, part, or component that fails under normal use. If repair or spare is not commercially practicable, Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC will provide a refund or credit for the affected product. The end user means the final purchaser acquiring a product from Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC for the purchaser’s own use and not for re-sale, remarketing, or distribution.

Warranty Coverage

Pursuant to this limited warranty, if a product fails under ordinary use as a result of a defect in materials or production, Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC will:

  • Repair or, at its option, replace the affected product at no charge, with a new or refurbished product of comparable function, performance, and quality.
  • Provide a refund or credit of the purchase price for the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.

A product defect means an inadequacy in the materials or workmanship of the product that:

  1. Existed at the date of delivery with respect to the product from Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC to you.
  2. Causes a failure of the product to perform under ordinary use in accordance with the materials and documentation accompanying the product.
Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not apply to defects, damage, failure, or loss resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC or manufacturer instructions.
  • Abuse, misuse, or accident, including the use of the product in unsuitable environments.
  • Damage or marking of materials over time caused by sharp or foreign objects.
  • Alteration or modification of the product.
  • Color changes due to soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing.
  • Unauthorized non-Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC components used as replacements.
  • Climate-related damages such as fading, stretching, or shrinking.
Limitation of Liability

Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC expressly disclaims any liability for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to other property, personal injury, or other losses arising out of the use of its products. The maximum liability of the company is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

Return Policy

Conditions for Return
  • Stock items can be returned if notified within 24 hours of receipt and returned within 3 days from delivery.
  • The product must be new and unused, with all original packaging and tags.
  • Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable.
  • Assembled or made-to-order items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Furniconcepts Middle East Furniture Trading LLC will repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
  • Claims must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods remains valid for the specified period.
